Event-Support
The ErUM Data Hub organizes exciting workshops and schools in collaboration with DIG-UM. In total, we have already (co-)organized around 30 events at various locations, reaching almost 600 participants from all 8 ErUM communities. Find out more about our upcoming and past events here.
We are happy to pass on the experience we have gained in the planning, organization and implementation of these events to the ErUM-Data community. We have created a comprehensive workshop care package for this purpose. The package includes an event road map, a comprehensive package of materials, tips on catering, financial support - as well as a great deal of interdisciplinary expertise.

Consumables
Our materials package has grown continuously over the course of numerous events. We would be happy to put together an individual list for a materials package for your workshop or send you the consumables.
The package may contain the following materials:
Office materials
Hardware: Cable reel, LTE speedbox/wifi repeater, adapter, microphone, loudspeaker, laser pointer, ...
Material for the Participants: Lanyards (including Word templates for creating the inlets), pens, pads, ...
Digital Infrastructure
We are happy to provide you with our Indico NameSpace. Here you can manage the digital registration process and provide further information for participants.
Furthermore, we are also happy to support you with the virtual transmission of your workshop and provide you with Zoom rooms.
